A direct-to-consumer brand was processing 200+ orders a day through a stack of disconnected tools — a storefront, a spreadsheet for inventory, and a support inbox nobody could keep on top of. Every order that didn't fit the standard path needed a human to catch it manually.
We mapped the full order lifecycle and built an integration layer connecting the storefront, inventory system, and fulfilment partner directly — with exception handling for the edge cases that used to need a person watching the queue.
[PLACEHOLDER — replace with a verified before/after metric once approved by the client: reduction in manual order touches, time-to-fulfilment, hours reclaimed per week, etc.]
