CREATIVE STUDIO
Building a commercial engine for a top-tier creative studio, driving a 180% increase in consultation bookings.
We rebuilt the front end of DICE Studio's client acquisition process from the ground up: a structured booking funnel, automated scheduling, a new e-commerce revenue stream, and hands-on training so the internal team could actually run the system we built.
Within 90 days, monthly consultation bookings were up 180%, site conversion rate climbed from 0.8% to 3.4%, and average lead response time dropped from over 24 hours to under 15 minutes. E-commerce alone added a 25% lift to top-line revenue in the first six months. This is the story of how that happened — and why it's held up since.
DICE Studio doesn't fit neatly into one category, which is part of what makes their work distinctive. On any given month, their team might be designing the interior of a boutique hotel, building out an immersive themed installation for a corporate activation, shooting a short documentary, painting a mural for a commercial client, or producing branded digital content.
That range is a genuine strength. Clients come to DICE Studio because they can get a cohesive creative vision executed across physical space, film, and digital media without stitching together three or four separate vendors. But it also created a specific business problem: a portfolio that impressive doesn't sell itself just because it's impressive. It needs a system behind it.
When we started working with DICE Studio, the issue wasn't demand for their work — it was what happened to that demand once it showed up.
The website had contact information and a portfolio, but no defined consultation or booking flow. Prospective clients who wanted to move forward had to send a cold email or make a phone call and hope for a timely reply.
The site was built to showcase, not to convert. There was no consistent CTA guiding visitors toward a next step, and no differentiated path for someone interested in a themed installation versus someone interested in a mural commission.
Even when leads did come in, there was no standardized process for triaging them, assigning ownership, or following up on a consistent timeline. Inquiries sat in a shared inbox. Response times varied by whoever happened to check email that day, which meant some prospects waited over 24 hours for a reply.
We approached this as an end-to-end system build, not a website refresh. The goal was to give DICE Studio's creative work a commercial engine that matched its quality.
We designed and built a structured funnel with a single, unambiguous primary action — "Book Free Consultancy". Behind that CTA sat a short, guided path: visitors selected the discipline they were interested in, answered a few qualifying questions about their project, and landed directly on a booking calendar.
We integrated an automated scheduling system directly into the funnel. Every inquiry now flows into a centralized lead management system rather than a shared inbox, tagged by service line and automatically routed to the right team member.
DICE Studio's work naturally produces artifacts with standalone value: custom props, original artwork, mural prints. We built out an e-commerce section to sell these directly, turning creative byproducts into an independent revenue stream.
We spent time on-site and remotely training DICE Studio's staff on the new booking system, the lead management dashboard, and a standardized communication process. The point wasn't to hand over a tool and leave. It was to make sure the system kept working after we stepped back.
DICE Studio's creative output was never the problem. What they lacked was the connective tissue between "impressive portfolio" and "booked, paying client".
What we built together was designed to last past our direct involvement. The booking funnel, the lead management system, and the e-commerce channel are all things DICE Studio's team now owns and runs themselves. We build the operational systems that turn creative and professional work into predictable revenue — and we make sure the team behind that work can run the system without us in the room.
